JANUARY WORD OF THE MONTH - EXHAUCITED (mixture of exhausted & excited)

What a month it has been!

We opened end of December and while everyone was away on holidays enjoying their margaritas and summer sunsets, we stayed and worked tirelessly creating summer sunset drinks and sampling A LOT of cookies & acai!

We are 90% there with a few more tweaks to the build but it has been a wonderful start to the Nouchi chapter of our lives. Thank you to EVERYONE that has contributed to our story so far.

PRODUCT OF THE MONTH:

Our Dubai Pistachio cookie has been a HUGE hit! If you haven't tried it....you are missing out.

Common questions we have been asked:

• Is it Nouchi (Nu-Chi) or Nouchi (Noo-chi)... let's just say - it rhymes with Gucci

• How did you come up with the name... lots of late nights on this one but in short - it is a combination of "Nourishing" & "Child" - long answer can come another time

• Where else is this Franchise... we blush and feel blessed but this is our first

• How did I not see you before - please advertise more... we promise we are definitely working on it. We have lot of regulations we have to work around but we are getting there day by day

• Why does your acai have a great berry taste... it's actually isn't the common Acai you find on every corner - our one is special - WHY.... well firstly it has double the amount of acai berry in its ingredients so nearly 40% acai... meaning finally an acai you can be proud to say is good for you

• Do you add oil to your sauces...short answer- ABSOLUTELY NOT. But longer answer will be a part of why the word Nourishing is in our name. We care about produce, food quality and a healthy balance to nourishing & cheeky food
